Health Professions Act (HPA) –  Legislation passed by the Provincial Government which establishes the common framework and rules for the regulation of all health professions in British Columbia.

Psychologists Regulation – Passed by the Provincial Government, these are the rules which define the scope of practice of psychology and protect the titles used exclusively by psychologists.

College Bylaws – Approved by the Provincial Government, these are the rules which guide the administration of the College, including defining duties and responsibilities of the board, committees and the registrar; qualifications for registration and licensing; the regulation of professional conduct and ethics; and fee schedules.

Code of Conduct – The Code sets out behavioural norms and standards of professional conduct for registrants of the College of Psychologists of British Columbia.
